The Customer Service Desk is situated near the food court opposite Big W. Our friendly customer service staff will assist you with a range of services including lost & found, store locations, happy drive shopping trolley hire, public telephone card purchase, wheelchair & motorised scooter hire, baby stroller hire and gift voucher purchase.

Free hire of manual wheelchairs, motorised scooters or baby strollers is available at the Customer Service Desk & Centre Management. Booking in advance is advisable by calling 9749 5111.

Comfortable Parents Rooms are situated adjacent to both food courts for your convenience. Our Parent’s Rooms provide private feeding areas, changing stations, microwave ovens, separate toilet area and nappy dispensing units.

Werribee Plaza now has Kid Safe Wristbands that can be collected from Centre Management or the Customer Service Desk. The wristbands are bright, waterproof and tough and allow parents/guardian to complete their details on the back to ensure a quick reunion between parent and child whilst at the Centre.

Happy Drive Shopping Trolleys are available for hire at a small fee from the Customer Service Desk situated opposite Big W.

These are situated at the main entry foyers and adjacent to both food courts in the Centre.

Over 3500 car parking spaces including undercover parking, disabled & parents with prams adjacent to each entry.

Routes 413, 436, 437, 440, 442, 444 & 445 servicing Laverton, Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing & Tarneit operate from the Werribee Plaza bus interchange on the southern side of the Centre. Bus timetables are available from the Customer Service Desks and Centre Management.
