Customer Service Desk

The Customer Service Desk is situated near the Food Court opposite Big W.  Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services including lost and found, Kiddie Cruiser hire, public telephone card purchase, wheelchair and motorised scooter hire, gift voucher purchase and taxi bookings.

Mobility Equipment

Free hire of manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters is available at the Customer Service Desk and Centre Management.  Booking in advance is advisable by phoning 03 9749 5111.

Parent & Child Facilities

Comfortable Parents Rooms are situated adjacent to both Food Courts for customer convenience.  Parents Rooms provide private feeding areas, changing stations, microwave ovens, separate toilet area and nappy disposal units.

Kiddie Cruisers

Kiddie Cruisers are available for hire at a small fee from the Customer Service Desk situated opposite Big W.

Cost:
Single – $5 for first hour (minimum charge) and $2.50 for every additional half hour
Double – $7.50 first hour (minimum charge) and $2.50 per additional half hour.

A valid driver’s licence is required to hire a Kiddy Cruiser.

Public Telephones

Public Telephones are situated at the main entry foyers and adjacent to both Food Courts.

Car Parking

Over 3,500 car parking spaces including undercover parking, disabled and parents with prams parking located adjacent to each entry.

Bus Services

Routes 413, 436, 437, 440, 442, 444 & 445 servicing Laverton, Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit operate from the Werribee Plaza bus interchange on the southern side of the Centre near Primary Health Care and the Best & Less/Big W entrance. Bus timetables are available from the Customer Service Desk and Centre Management.

ATMs

ATMs are situated at all centre entries. For specific locations, refer to the Centre Directory map.
